BRENDAN CONSTANTINE is a poet based in Hollywood. His work has appeared in FIELD, Ploughshares, Rattle, Ninth Letter, ArtLife, and other journals. His most recent books are 'Birthday Girl With Possum' (2011 Write Bloody Publishing) and 'Calamity Joe' (2012 Red Hen Press). New work can be found in ZYZZYVA, and The Beloit Poetry Journal. He is currently poet-in-residence at the Windward School and regularly conducts workshops in hospitals, foster homes, & with the Art of Elysium.
